helpful staff breakfast variety spacious room
The staff was helpful and always available. the breakfast included many choices. i enjoyed the executive beautiful room. It had lots of space. the location was also really central.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

mold smell humid air
The gym was a bit of a letdown. i noticed a strong smell of mold there and i'm not usually sensitive to that. the air conditioning felt off as well. It seemed to make the air too cold and humid. i expected better air quality and a more pleasant workout environment.

great location helpful staff good variety poor cleaning thin walls noisy housekeeping
The location is ideal. It's close to many places. Staff are really kind and helpful. This is a big plus. Breakfast had quite a good variety of dishes.
The room cleaning was not great. I saw some dirt, and there was hair left. The walls seemed thin. I could hear furniture moving from above. Housekeeping was SO noisy early in the morning.

The staff provided helpful sightseeing advice and were sweet with my kids. the location was great, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring. the breakfast offered a variety of options. It was delicious. tram provided excellent customer service and really took care of us.
The hotel has thin doors. I could sometimes hear corridor noise.

local options breakfast variety airport transport desk support amazing pillows wall plug poor cleaning left hair dirty rooftops uninspiring view
the breakfast had both western and local options. front desk staff helped arrange transport to the airport. the executive room included amazing pillows.
the single side wall plug for a king sized bed was inconvenient. the room cleaning was not thorough and some hair was left behind. the rooftop view showed dirty rooftops and was uninspiring.

mould smell unfriendly staff
the gym smelled strongly of mould. i had trouble breathing while there. some staff weren't friendly and the air conditioning seemed to make things worse, not better. it was so annoying. there's no way this place is five stars.
